A development of flats in Surbiton, for Michael Shanly Homes.

Welcome

KHA is an award-winning Architectural Practice based in Hampton Wick, just across the river from Kingston upon Thames.

Founded by Keith Hiley in 1981, KHA initially provided architectural services predominantly in the commercial, retail and industrial sectors, including offices, supermarkets, shopping centres, high street retail units, pubs and restaurants, factories and warehouses.

Keith Hiley Associates Limited was formed in 1991 when practice expertise extended to residential developments ranging from large housing estates and flats developments to single dwelling houses.

Residential development clients include Barratt Homes, Bellway Homes, Cala Homes, Linden Homes, Crest Nicholson, Oakford Homes, Rushmon Homes, Michael Shanly Homes, Taylor Wimpey and Wilcon Homes.

A chartered member of the Royal Institute of British Architects, the Practice has been built on recommendation and repeat business - we take great pride in the personal service and prompt responses our clients receive from us - every project is designed and led personally by Keith.
